Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using ADDpdf, a free PDF utility website provided by ADDPLUS. By accessing or using ADDpdf, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Description of Service

ADDpdf provides browser-based tools for working with PDF files, including but not limited to merging, rotating, watermarking, and converting documents. All processing is performed locally, client-side, within your own web browser using JavaScript. ADDpdf does not operate a server-side processing pipeline for your files, and files are not uploaded to us in order to use these tools.

2. Your Responsibility for Files and Backups

You are solely responsible for the files you choose to process using ADDpdf, and for keeping your own backup copies of any original files before processing them. Because all processing happens on your own device, you are also responsible for ensuring your device and browser are able to reliably complete the operation you request.

3. “As Is” Disclaimer

ADDpdf and all of its tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output file will be free of defects.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADDPLUS and ADDpdf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its tools — including, without limitation, corrupted, lost, damaged, or improperly converted files, loss of data, or any other harm resulting from processing a file through ADDpdf. You use ADDpdf entirely at your own risk.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ADDpdf for any unlawful purpose, to process files you do not have the legal right to modify or distribute, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the website. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The ADDpdf name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the property of ADDPLUS unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. You retain full ownership and rights over the content of any files you process using ADDpdf's tools.

7. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ADDpdf at any time, and may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the service or for legal reasons. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of ADDpdf after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
